Cancellation & Appointment Policy Thank you for choosing Apollo Nails Winchester. We truly value your time and appreciate your understanding as we aim to provide the best possible service for all our clients and team members. Please take a moment to review our appointment policy below. Cancellation Policy Your time matters to us — and so does our team’s. • We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or changes. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a £20 cancellation fee per service, or the full service price if under £20. • No-shows without prior notice will be charged 100% of the booked service price. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please use the link provided in your confirmation email or contact us directly during business hours. Late Arrival Policy Running late? Please let us know as soon as possible. • Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be required to reschedule. • A £20 late cancellation fee (or full service price for shorter treatments) may apply. • Where possible, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your treatment time may be shortened depending on availability. Patch Tests (For Beauty Treatments) For your safety, a patch test is required at least 24 hours in advance for all eyebrow and eyelash tinting, lifting, or lamination services. • Patch tests must be completed in-store • Patch tests are valid for 6 months, unless there is a change in your medical condition • If a patch test is not completed in time, the appointment will be canceled and standard cancellation fees will apply
